各位老師：

為促進我國與國際社會在傳感網絡和計算機科學領域的交流與合作，2013年傳感網絡與計算機工程國際會議（ICSNCE）將于2013年8月8日–10日在中國西安和美國密蘇里州同時召開，會議得到IEEE Kansas Section的支持與幫助。大會所有錄用論文將提交美國IEEE數據庫，并被EI和ISTP檢索。會議由西安工業大學、新型網絡與檢測控制國家地方聯合工程實驗室主辦，美國密蘇里西州立大學、新加坡國立大學、香港科技大學、臺灣國立嘉義大學、西安交通大學、西北工業大學、西安科技大學等眾多高校的大力支持，會議將就新型網絡與檢測技術、計算機科學技術進行研討與合作。
